LAWRENCE — Kissan Joseph, an associate professor in the University of Kansas School of Business, is available to speak with media about Facebook's much-anticipated initial public offering (IPO).

Facebook is expected to begin trading publicly this morning. The company has priced its IPO at $38 a share. At that price, Facebook's IPO will raise $16 billion, making it the largest tech IPO in history. It's the third largest U.S. IPO ever.

Joseph has taught marketing courses at the School of Business since 1993. In 1992, he received a doctorate in marketing from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University. Joseph's research interests include social media, customer satisfaction valuation, sales force compensation and anomalous pricing. Read more about him online.
