Third candidate for dean of engineering to participate in public forum
LAWRENCE — A candidate for dean of the School of Engineering will visit the University of Kansas on Thursday and participate in an open forum.
Craig Benson, distinguished professor, director of sustainability research and education, and chair of geological engineering and civil and environmental engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, will meet with faculty, staff and students in a public forum at 3:15 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, in the KU Visitor's Center Auditorium.
The name of the fourth candidate will be released approximately 48 hours before arriving on campus. After names are announced, information on candidates is available on the provost's website.
