University Career Fair scheduled for Feb. 11

LAWRENCE — Nearly 150 companies from a variety of industries will participate in the 2015 University Career Fair, offering internships and full-time job opportunities. The event, sponsored by the University Career Center, will take place from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 11, on the fourth and fifth floors of the Kansas Union.

A list of attending employers can be found at online  or on the KU University Career Fair App. Students from all majors and academic levels are encouraged to attend.

Before attending the University Career Fair, students can take advantage of the Professional Clothing Closet located in the 110 Burge Union. This service allows students access to free professional and business casual attire appropriate for career fairs, interviews and the workplace. 

Students will have an opportunity to take professional photos at the LinkedIn Photo Booth located in the International Room starting at noon the day of the University Career Fair. This service is free to those who attend the fair.
