Volunteer fair set for Sept. 2
LAWRENCE — Nearly 60 agencies will take part in the upcoming Volunteer Fair at the University of Kansas.
The University Career Center has partnered with the Center for Community Outreach and the United Way Roger Hill Volunteer Center for the annual event, which will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 2, on the fourth floor of the Kansas Union.
The event is designed to allow students and faculty to explore the diversity of volunteer opportunities in the community. Around 350-400 students are expected to attend this year. See a list of participating agencies here.
