University mourns death of student Dylan Wappelhorst
LAWRENCE — The University of Kansas community is mourning the death of Dylan Wappelhorst, a freshman from Colwich.
“We are deeply saddened to learn of the death of one of our students,” said Chancellor Bernadette Gray-Little. “On behalf of the entire KU community, I offer my sincere condolences to Dylan’s family and friends as they mourn this heartbreaking loss. We wish them comfort during this difficult time.”
The university learned of Wappelhorst’s death Oct. 28.
