Coaching and Mentoring

This Food for Thought seminar explores the commonalities between coaching and mentoring, and focuses heavily on the skills that are most useful in coaching and mentoring skills. Participants will have opportunities to practice basic skills. Best practices, and the research on which they are based, will also be discussed.
