Outstanding Leadership Award recipients will be recognized during the annual CCBD membership meeting session April 9 in San Diego.

“I really appreciate the opportunity to work as a faculty member at the University of Kansas,” Lane said. “I am truly thankful for the many wonderful colleagues, district partners and students I have learned from over my career.”

The Department of Special Education is housed in the School of Education, a nationally ranked school preparing educators and health/sport/exercise professionals as leaders.
