"Disability Visibility" book coverRed Hot Reading aims to bring awareness to the Common Book program and the 2022-23 selection. This first official look at KU’s 10th Common Book will include an interactive session featuring short talks from KU scholars providing resources and information to aid in teaching “Disability Visibility.”

Information tables featuring work by KU centers and departments on campus that align with the topics raised in the book will be on display. The event will begin at 4 p.m. in Spooner Hall. Participants are invited to join for a reception at the end of the presentations.
