AI and photos and illustrations

KU News Service recommends using the excellent resources from KU Marketing via their photo server or KU Brand image collection to illustrate stories when your own school or unit does not have an image available.

Sometimes stock art from services such as Adobe or iStock can illustrate a concept outside of these resources.

U News Service excludes AI-generated photos and illustrations from search results when looking for stock art at this time.

Independently of how it is generated, KU News Service recommends searching where and how else a stock image has been used across the web before selecting it for KU channels.
