Military aircraft to fly over campus Friday, Saturday in advance of football game
LAWRENCE – Military jets will fly over campus Friday and again Saturday in advance of this weekend’s University of Kansas Homecoming football game against Oklahoma.
A group of between two and four F-16s will do a practice run over campus Friday, likely between 12:45-1:15 p.m.
On Saturday, the jets will return to fly over David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium shortly before the 11 a.m. kickoff of the football game.
